Order Policy
RETURN POLICY:If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, your money will be refunded to you, minus shipping fees, for returns made within 7 days. No refunds will be issued after 7 days. Returned items must be in their original condition. After 7 days, no exchanges or refunds will be issued. Receipt of payment by Joei from purchaser constitutes purchaser's knowledge and understanding of all conditions and terms listed in the web site.

Please use the secure order form for all orders. If you prefer to pay by check or Money Order, fill out the order information and we will hold the order for one week until payment is received.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
FREE, it doesn't get any cheaper than that. All orders are specifically handmade for each customer and can require seven to ten business days until ship date. Orders will be mailed via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified.
